Nova Nest Clean provides high-quality residential cleaning. Our services include standard cleaning, deep cleans, and specific add-ons selected during your booking process. We provide all necessary supplies unless you specifically request we use your own specialized equipment.

3. Your Account Responsibility

When you create an account, you're responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You agree to provide accurate information (like your correct apartment size) so we can send the right team for the job!

4. Bookings, Payments, and Billing

Bookings are confirmed instantly via our platform. We authorize your payment method at the time of booking, but you won't be charged until the service is complete. For recurring friends, billing happens automatically based on your chosen frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We know NYC life is hectic! However, our cleaners hold your time slot specifically for you.

We want you to love your Nest! If you’re not perfectly happy with our work, don’t sweat it. Contact us within 24 hours of your service, and we will send a team back to re-clean any missed areas at absolutely no extra cost to you.
